Terms of Service

By accessing this website, making a room reservation, or staying at Sri Ganesh Residency, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our booking facilities or services.

• Advance Deposit: A secure advance deposit of ₹500 is collected online to confirm your booking. The remaining balance (including extra person charges and taxes) must be settled at the hotel desk during check-in.
• Check-in & Check-out: Standard Check-in time is 11:00 AM, and Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Government ID: A valid physical Government ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for all checking-in guests. PAN Cards are not accepted.

We accommodate extra guests within safety regulations:

• A maximum of +1 extra guest is allowed per room beyond its standard sleeping capacity.
• Extra guest accommodation is charged at a flat rate of ₹400 per night per additional guest, payable during check-in at the desk.

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Damaging hotel property, causing noise disturbances, or engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests shall be held financially liable for any physical damage caused to room amenities or common areas.

Sri Ganesh Residency reserves the absolute right of admission. We reserve the right to deny check-in to couples without proper matching identification, intoxicated individuals, or parties violating local municipal regulations.
